The RESET framework

This RESET mini course addresses the stress that has been stored in the body as a by-product of living through a pandemic. It will show you how to use your limited physical and mental resources more strategically, explain the connection between reactive behaviour and the nervous system and promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

I recommend doing each section on a weekly basis to fully absorb the new information but we all learn differently so do what works best for you.
